Fruity Chia Seed Jam
The most simple of ingredients - fruit and chia seeds - this jam is a great alternative to the store bought jams that are full of sugar and preservatives. Chia seeds are a great source of fibre, protein, healthy Omega 3 fatty acids and many other beneficial micronutrients. Spread this jam on our Lentil & Corn Mini Pikelets, add it to yoghurt or your morning porridge, or have it as a filling for sandwiches and croissants. Keep a few pots in your fridge or freezer for a quick nutritious snack.

Storage Instructions :
Store in the freezer for 3 months. Once defrosted store in the fridge and consume within 5 days
